At 2050 Rehab Care, we’re committed to making your experience straightforward and transparent. Below we explain how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds work when you book services with us.
1. Cancel of Appointments
- You may cancel any outpatient appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty.
- If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment time, a nominal fee may apply or your advance booking amount may not be refundable, as this covers administrative & preparation costs.
- If you do not show up (“no-show”) and do not inform us, the amount paid is non-refundable.
2. Processing Online Payments & Refunds
- When you make a payment online or via our payment gateway, your booking is confirmed only after we send you a confirmation message/email. (The payment gateway’s standard terms will also apply.)
- If you cancel within the allowable period, any refund (after deduction of card/payment-gateway fees, if applicable) will be initiated back to the original payment method within 7 – 10 working days.
- In case of any technical error or duplicate transaction, please contact us at info@2050rehabcare.com with the transaction details and we will assist promptly.
3. Packages, Inpatient Care & Special Rehab Program Bookings
For therapy packages, inpatient rehabilitation stays or intensive recovery programmes:
- If you cancel before the start date, you may be eligible for a partial refund depending on how far in advance you notify us and how much preparation has been done.
- Once the programme has commenced (once sessions have started or the inpatient stay has begun), refunds are not available for the portion already used.
- Rescheduling may be possible — reach out to us and we’ll do our best to accommodate based on availability.
4. Requesting a Reschedule
- If you wish to reschedule instead of cancelling, please contact our front desk or use the link/confirmation message sent to you.
- We’ll do our best to maintain the same therapist or time slot, but cannot guarantee the same therapist or slot if you reschedule.
5. Amendments to This Policy
- We reserve the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with the new “Effective Date”.
- Your continued use of our services after the update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
